A deck idea that I've been modifying it ever since I played a similar deck at gaming store I used to work at.
I have two main themes that are working in tandem.
The first theme is the board control aspect. I'd use Royal Assassin with Icy Manipulator. Freed from the Realgoes onto the Assassin for an extra layer of control.Frozen Aether to help if I can't get the Icy Manipulator out.
Second "theme" is I wanted to work with hand control. I already had the 4 Lobotomy's so I figured why not add Shimian Specter, after all it is a 2/2 flying Lobotomy. Ravenous Rats help with some defensive measures and helps with card removal.
Recoil ties both themes of board and hand control together, so does Spite / Malice. Seal of Doom and Sudden Death works on those few pesky creatures that might slip through. Metahtran Zombie for a cheap and easy creature to keep.

I think this deck is very well balanced, I use a Black/Blue control myself; so it's very nice seeing another take on the same theme.
I just liked when Future Sight came out, there was Shimian Specter and I was like "Whoo-hoo, a 2/2 flying Lobotomy."
I keep changing my decks from time to time. My zombie deck now is Black-Blue-Red, can you believe it?
